Lantana camara 'Miss Huff'

Hardy Lantana
'Miss Huff' is a now popular form of this very floriferous orange-flowered shrub attractive to butterflies. Discovered in cultivation near Athens, GA, and introduced by Goodness Grows Nursery, 'Miss Huff' Lantana is a good warm climate shrub and this one seems more cold hardy than most. If killed back it re-sprouts from the base even in zone 7. Mounding with sand and mulching in the fall will help insure good survival in the colder areas. Plant in sunny spot with good soil that is well-drained but with adequate moisture. Lantanas are probably native to tropical America but are now pantropic.
