Peacock Moss

Peacock Moss is not moss but a very low-growing spreading fern relative. It has distinctive scale-like leaves clothing decumbent stems which spread and form patches in moist, shady sites. It is unique for the irridescent metallic blue-green foliage and makes a nice filler between flagstones on a shady walkway or by a garden water feature. It is native to China.
