Dwarf Palmetto

This dwarf stemless palm has blue-green fan shaped leaves. Fruiting stalks extend well above foliage and bear black 1/4 inch in diameter.  This is a very hardy palm native from northeastern North Carolina and southeastern Oklahoma southward. It can grow in either full sun or heavy shade but likes moisture. Our container grown plants overcome the difficulty with trying to transplant these palms.
