Waxyleaf Privet
This is an uncommon deciduous shrub to 12 feet. It is much like some other "Privet" species but is much more showy in flower. Krussmann in Cultivated Broad-leaved Trees and Shrubs says: "Much valued for its late and abundant flowers". Native to China. A nice shrub for the border or as a specimen plant in the open.
