Winter Jasmine
Winter Jasmine produces a broad spreading rounded mass of trailing branches arising from a central crown. It could be trained on a trellis but is usually planted on slopes or embankments. It is one of the hardiest Jasmines and is valued for its yellow blooms along the bare green stems. These appear in mid winter in the South. It is native to western China.
