Juniperus virginiana 'Hancock Weeping'
Medium-sized evergreen coniferous tree with pendulous branches. A distinctly pendulous form of the common Eastern Redcedar. A Woodlanders introduction in the 1980's from a tree found in the wild in Hancock County, Georgia. A specimen at the J.C. Raulston Arboretum in North Carolina, originally from Woodlanders, has been widely admired and this is the source from which we are able to once again offer this attractive plant. Plant in open, sunny location on well-drained soil.
