Trachelospermum jasminoides 'Mandianum'

A popular evergreen vine in the southern U.S., the "Confederate Jasmine" is native to Asia and named for the Malay Confederation. The commonly grown form of this vine has white star-shaped fragrant flowers but this selection which we have called variety 'Mandianum' may be the variety 'Star of Toscana'. It has yellow flowers which can be creamy yellow or a good clear yellow. It climbs by twining so plant on a fence, trellis, or arbor. It should have good soil that drains well and be in sun or partial shade.
