Dogwood, Dwarf Flowering

'Suwanee Squat' Dogwood is a most unusual form of this favorite flowering tree. It has typical white Dogwood blossoms in spring. Growth habit is very low and spreading, almost prostrate. Would spill down over wall or bank. There are lots of dogwood clones but this one is unique! It was found by Bob Simons in Suwannee County, Florida and introduced by Woodlanders. As with other Flowering Dogwoods plant in semi-shade with good, well-drained soil and never plant Dogwood too deep. Cornus Florida is native to eastern U.S.
