Terms and Conditions for ordering and visiting
Shipping Season — October 1 through March 31 only. There are no exceptions. It may not be possible to fill all orders placed near the close of the shipping season.
Availability — We regret that we cannot reserve plants. Orders will be filled per availability on shipping date. We encourage early orders as many plants may be sold-out as the shipping season progresses. We will endeavor to keep on-line availability current.
Minimum order size — The minimum plant order is $25
Visitors and Nursery Pick-up — We welcome visitors year around. Please call or write in advance. No plants are sold at the nursery unless ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment — Full payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), check, cash, or money order must accompany each order except Purchase Orders accepted from recognized firms and institutions. Returned checks subject to $25 fee.
Shipping — Shipments to customers in the continental U.S. east of the Rocky Mountains will be made via UPS. Orders to other U.S. addresses will be sent by priority mail. Orders placed on-line will show shipping / handling costs.
Guarantee — Our plants are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If they do not, please notify us within 10 days and we will replace the defective plants if possible, credit your account, or refund the list price. Obviously we cannot warrant against factors beyond our control.
