Chinese Plumbago
This "Plumbago" is a small shrub with small bristly leaves which turn reddish in fall. It has rich blue flowers in summer and fall. It should have sunny or semi-shady site with well-drained soil and good air circulation. It is native to China and is named after Miss Ellen Ann Willmott (1860-1934) who was a well-known English amateur gardener.
