Obedient Plant
'Vivid' is a compact upright form of the "Obedient Plant" with vibrant pink 1 inch long flowers in 12-18 inch spikes. It is easily grown in well-drained soil with sun and ample moisture where it forms vigorous colonies. Species is native to eastern U.S. "Obedient Plant" is so called because flowers can be manually re-positioned laterally without springing back.
