SHIPPING SEASON ENDS MARCH 30. OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULED
Our six month long shipping season ends March 30th. We thank all who have ordered and encourage all who still wish to order to get their orders in as soon as possible. A great selection of rare and uncommon plants is still available so click on "Shop Our Plants" to browse our list or search alphabetically by genus name for that specific plant. Spring comes very early here in the Deep South so many plants will be coming into active growth in March and it is best to get them while they are still dormant. We cannot promise to ship orders received after March 25 but will try. Plants can be ordered at any time for pick up at the nursery but they must be ordered in advance except for the choice selection of plants available for cash and carry at our annual Open House scheduled for April 21 through 28 from 10 AM until 3 PM daily. We hope you can come.
The eight days of our annual Open House attracts many friends from near and far. Our selection of over 200 kinds of rare and uncommon trees, shrubs, vines, and perennials will be available at Open House but those wanting to pick up specific plants should order in advance.
Aiken has become a major horticultural attraction and many things are in flower here in April. An amazing diversity of rare trees and other plants can be enjoyed in Aiken's Citywide Arboretum encompasing our parks, gardens, and municipal plantings. Other Aiken attractions include historic homes, shopping, dining, the 2000 acre Hitchcock Woods Preserve, and many equestrian activities. Again, we hope you can come.
